The common drill pipe is a rod that connects the drill bit, delivers the drilling fluid and transmits the power in the drilling tool. Our common drill pipe conforms to SY/T5561 and API Spec5DP standards. In order to reduce the wear of the casing and drill pipe, we can weld the wear belt at the end of the drill pipe female buckle joint. Our company has obtained the production and use license of ARNCO 100XT, ARNCO 150XT, ARNCO 300XT and ARNCO 350XT authorized by the American Anke company.
The agitator can improve the effectiveness of bit weight transfer and reduce the friction between drilling tool and borehole through the longitudinal vibration produced by the hydraulic action of drilling fluid, especially in the process of directional drilling to improve the bit weight transfer and reduce torsional vibration. It is a downhole tool used to solve downhole depressurization and improve weight on bit transfer. Smooth weight on bit transfer improves the ability to adjust the bit toolface to reach further target zones. It does not require too much work to adjust the tool face during drilling, keeping the tool face stable and increasing ROP. Particularly suited for horizontal, extended-reach Wells, it can be used in conjunction with MWD, screw, and any bit.

The depth of one run is 1821-2171 meters, the cumulative footage is 350 meters, the pure drilling time is 50.3 hours, and the average ROP is 7 meters/hour. The second well entry depth is 2171-2722, the cumulative footage is 551 meters, the pure drilling time is 76 hours, and the average ROP is 7.2 meters/hour. The third well entry depth is 527-1702 meters, the cumulative footage is 1,175 meters, the pure drilling time is 89 hours, and the average ROP is 13.2/ hour. The drilling was completed in the ramping section and part of the ramping section. The depth was 1702-2727 meters, the cumulative footage was 1025 meters, the pure drilling time was 182 hours, and the average ROP was 5.6/ hour.
The high-speed and high-power screw drilling tool manufactured by TRW Petroleum Company is used in Changcheng Well of Jilin Oilfield. The first run depth is 2485-3024 with a cumulative footage of 517 meters and a pure drilling time of 149 hours. The second run depth is 3157-3404 with a cumulative footage of 246 meters and a pure drilling time of 114.5 hours. The drill had a cumulative net drilling time of 263.5 hours in the well. The drill was subsequently used in other Great Wall Wells with a pure drilling time of 112 hours.
The high speed and high power screw drilling tool manufactured by TRINA Petroleum Co., Ltd. is used in domestic oilfield Wells, with a single well depth of 1600-1800 inclination section and a pure drilling time of 60 hours. The second run was performed in Wells 54-25, depth 2074-2208, with a pure drilling time of 74 hours. Three runs, depth 1978-2425 inclination section, pure drilling time 127 hours. Four runs in the 1708-2180 inclination section with a pure drilling time of 77 hours.
